Welcome to Ibrowseyeslips Studio! Ibrowseyeslips was founded by Irene Chang in 2019 with the mission to create the most natural looking eyebrows through the permanent makeup technique of Nano brows and Microblading.
Here at Ibrowseyeslips, we create beautiful brows with a natural pattern that are custom tailored for each client. We offer a variety of permanent makeup services designed to help our clients save time in their daily makeup routine and exude confidence.

Before Ibrowseyeslips, Irene, was in the health care field applying for nursing school and has a passion for makeup. Irene now shares her passions for makeup artistry with the Southern California community through Ibrowseyeslips. Irene aims to merge, in the future, permanent makeup and medical aesthetics with wellness for a complete beauty experience from the physical to inner beauty within.
